We recently managed the health and safety of an 800+ conference at ExCel in London, helping it to run like clockwork and tick all the boxes in terms of legal compliance.
The health and safety management we provided formed a critical part of the success of the conference and dinner, which spanned two days at ExCel in London’s Docklands.
Our role involved looking at the type of event, potential major incidents, site hazards - including car parks, types of attendees, crowd control, capacity, access/egress and stewarding, provision for the emergency services, provision of first aid, provision of facilities, fire, structures and waste management.
From this we were able to write a full and comprehensive health and safety plan based on our findings.
