G&T checks out the latest from interior fashion geniuses Pedlars
I LOVE Pedlars. The Englishness. The quality of the products. The sense of whimsy and the unashamed rustic feel and finish of many of their key pieces.
Having a peep in their latest product catalogue is a great measure of the kind of vintage-styled products that I’ll be able to find new. This is very helpful when I’m involved in a vintage-inspired set dressing project and might find it tricky to source a genuine vintage piece on good condition.
This autumn/winter, they’re offering lots of cool stuff. Some of my top picks are:
New York Four Door Industrial Unit

A wow industrial piece that still manages to look elegant. Fabulous in steel and glass.
American soda crates

Brilliant for a myriad of set dressing uses, these beauties are totally indispensible.
Supercute folkware crockery

Along with John Lewis and Cath Kidston, Pedlars are rocking some lovely old-school folk patterns this autumn.
Vintage milk bottles

A cooooool alternative to vases for flowers. These retro milk bottles date from the 50s to the 70s.
